What happens once I’ve purchased my package?

Our Head Stylist will get in touch with you within 24 hours via email to schedule your consultation in. The consultation can be done via a video call or over the phone, as you prefer.

How does it work?

Once we’ve scheduled a consultation for you, you will have a free virtual consultation with your stylist via Zoom to identify your styling session objectives. 

You will also take our answer style quiz to identify what your personal style is, and your body type.

Our stylists will then send you curated looks to match your style and budget. Each outfit will have direct links to each item, for an easy online shopping experience.

What if I don’t like the clothes my stylists have curated?

Not to worry, you get 3 trials of curated outfits.

Do you offer refunds?

We will go above and beyond to ensure that you will feel like you've received the best possible service and your money's worth. We're available to chat with any time, and we're here to help you look and feel your best!

Who are our stylists?

Our stylists are passionate, certified and have experience of at least 7 years or above. Moreover, we train all our stylists so that they are always professional, and delivery top-notch service to you.

How do I communicate with my stylist after our first consultation?

Stylists are always available via Email or Whatsapp, and you can also schedule a Zoom call if and when needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

Is it important to start with a wardrobe edit before a virtual styling session?

We do recommend doing this as it may save you a lot of money when we want to start your virtual shopping session.

I would prefer a face-to-face, non-virtual styling session. Do I still need to purchase a digital package?

No, you can get in touch with us via Email for a personal shopping session and we will book you in. Note: different charges may apply.

I’d like to purchase personal styling services for a friend, is that possible?

Yes. Gift Vouchers are available for all the virtual packages on offer, as well as face-to-face (in-person) personal styling.
